COCO'S VEGAN QUESO DIP
1 8 ounce tub of Tofutti cream cheese
2 monkey handfuls of nutritional yeast
1 monkey handful of Daiya cheddar cheese
1/2 a bottle of Negro Modelo
Paprika (a lot)
Chipotle chile powder (not too much)
Cayenne (for me, a lot; for you, you pick)
Juice of one lime
Garlic powder (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Put it all in a pot and cook it on medium-low heat, stirring frequently. If it's too thin, add more nutritional yeast. If it's too thick, add more beer. Chop up some chilies and get on with your life!
